We will pay for standard compliance training such as Site Safe and First Aid, as well other training such as licences and drainage certifications. We will pay for your training in full - as long as you stay with us for 18 months after the training is completed.

Every six months, we will offer you the opportunity to give us feedback. We will consider your comments and then provide you with feedback to assist your development.

FREE PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
We offer a free standard health insurance plan for all staff after one year of service, with discounts for their family members. After three years, we offer a fully paid upgrade to a zero excess plan. This cover reduces the stress on employees’ household finances due to serious or long-term illness.
ANNUAL HEALTH CHECKS
We provide annual health checks to help our staff improve their long-term health outcomes. These typically include tests for blood sugar levels, lung function, vision and hearing, and meet Waka Kotahi / NZTA medical certificate requirements for heavy vehicle driver license applications and renewals.
UNIFORM ALLOWANCE
We supply a standard PPE wardrobe, but we also give all employees an annual clothing allowance scaling up to $1,000 after 5 years of service. This can be used to purchase additional clothing, or upgrade to suit the individual’s personal preference.
