All our permanent employees live and work in the Waikato region. In addition, several recruitment providers, mostly locally owned, assist us in finding ‘mahi ready’ temporary staff from within Hamilton and the wider Waikato region.

We support local companies such as Waikato Construction, Churchys Custom Concrete, Zantec, Waitomo Fuels, Bowers Concrete, K&L Distributors, LA & DA Coombes Sand Supplies, and Hydrojet - to name a few. Our suppliers have helped us build our reputation, and we see them as part of our team. We treat them with respect and pay them on time.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR WAIKATO STUDENTS
We partner with Hamilton Boys’ High School and St Paul’s Collegiate School to provide work experience and paid employment for students considering a career in civil construction. We have also employed undergraduate students completing their civil engineering degrees at the University of Waikato degrees at the University of Waikato and other universities.
