Advanced software enables us to provide accurate information to our highly skilled machine operators in the field, and apply onsite project management and quality control initiatives at every step of the process.

3D GPS equipment

By downloading design surfaces directly into our excavators and graders, we accurately cut and grade to a finished level (within 1 or 2mm) or a certain offset above or below the finished level.

  • Designs come to us in CAD format, helping us to create accurate construction surfaces
  • Designs are loaded into our machines via sitelink at the office, giving us live communication with our drivers. Adjustments can be made in real time
  • GPS control of graders via a special laser brings accuracy to within 1 or 2mm
  • Survey and set-out are completed with millimetre accuracy, using topographical surveys, to yield accurate areas and surface-to-surface quantities
  • Project managers are in touch with those on site. At the end of each day, we know exactly how much surface has been cut/moved for accurate measurement, programming and budgeting.
